But seriously: there has to be indicated somehow that HAP is MAME-developer (or similar, let's say "Binary Magician" :#27: ) because an ordinary reader here cant immediately understand who is who if he doesnt follow this theme about emulators development for years regularly...

Hello,

The question is, do people want to know? I don't think so. Because, in Schachcomputer.info, Franz has mentioned several times that hap is the developer of MAME drivers, but it doesn't seem to care to anyone.

Full list of team with real names (by permissions, of course) in a sticky post would be helpful anyway!

That's what I told about: Herr Schroeder and some other people simply dont follow the development process regularly, so they can easily miss such kind of information...

Yes, a lot of users are ignorant of the all the development that goes behind it.
On his homepage, CBF says it's based on MAME. And in almost every progress report on forums he credits me for the emulation work. Even if you'd make a list of people involved, users will skip it anyway :P

*edit* But for the record, let me list the people involved on the MAME side lately:
Sandro Ronco, Sean Riddle, yoyo_chessboard, Berger, and me.

*edit2* good to hear, Ed Schroeder changed credit for ChessMachine emulation to MAME: http://rebel13.nl/home/whatever.html
Guess I can't claim anymore now that Franz wrote Gideon ;p

Saludos,
Luis

Does anyone have a Saitek(SciSys) Turbo King, Corona, or Stratos?
I don't know what LCD chip is in it. If there isn't, it means that the big NEC gate array is taking care of that function.

Also, @Wizard Franz, could you share yous stratos .lay file?

I'll post this also in the Schachcomputer-Forum.
Is there no good PCB picture anywhere on the internet?
Edit: There's a PCB picture of the Turbo King in the Schachcomputer-Wiki, but I don't know if you can
see any LCD chip there:

Ok, file sent via PM ...
